Part of Incentive Destinations, a family-run boutique travel firm at Lighthouse, we have a legacy of over five decades to live up to. Our story began in the late 60s with our patriarch, Mr Pramod Jain, starting on his ‘travel entrepreneur’ journey that culminated as Incentive Destinations in 1982.

All along, we have been helping travellers traverse the multitude of choices across India, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka and the Maldives. The Lighthouse team, a group of experienced and professional travel experts, focuses on bespoke travel, working with the concept of Atithi Devo Bhava, the ancient Indian tradition of treating a guest as God.
